If you would like to visit the school, please call the headteacher to arrange a visit.
The nursery caters for 72 children on a part-time basis; 36 children attending in the morning and 36 in the afternoon. Children on our waiting list are offered a morning or afternoon nursery place, to start sometime after their third birthday, in date of birth order. Children are taught by a qualified teacher and a minimum of 2 additional Teaching Assistants.
The infant school has two reception classes, two Year 1 and two Year 2 classes. Class sizes conform to the statutory maximum infant class size of 30.
All children will start school in the September prior to their fifth birthday. The school admission limit is 60. Places in the Reception classes are allocated by the Local Authority. The school is usually over-subscribed. Criteria for allocation can be found in the Local Authority brochure 'Starting School in Wolverhampton'.
Please note that attendance at our Nursery does not guarantee a place in the Infant School.
Parents wishing their child to be considered for a place in school may contact the Headteacher in the first instance. The Local Education Authority deals with allocations to reception classes. The school has an admission limit of 60 for each year group.
The education of all children during school hours is free of charge. If classes participate in any educational visits parents may be asked for voluntary contributions.
